Kurt Mosher

Kurt Mosher is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and Business Development Strategist with more than 30 years of success spanning manufacturing, logistics, defense and security, and the travel industry. Leveraging extensive experience in intuitive leadership for global organizations, Kurt is a valuable asset for companies requiring expert assistance with culture shifts, transitions, driving metrics, or recovering profitability. His broad areas of expertise include change management, strategic problem solving, team building, global leadership, and travel management.

Throughout his executive career, Kurt has held leadership positions with Gant Travel, Lexmark International, Inc., Bell Industries, Custer Battles, and RMH International, after serving for nearly a decade in the US Army. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of the Techlogix Division of Bell Industries, where he managed strategic relationships with manufacturing and retail clients and implemented Six Sigma methodology that increased profit margins by 32%. He then moved on as the Worldwide Depot Program Manager at Lexmark International, where he spearheaded initiatives that resulted in a decrease of over $350,000 in on-hand inventory and increase of 30% in process cycle time, a savings of over $1.1 million for the US business organization, and a 20% reduction in hardware service costs, all through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methods and effective cross-functional processes. In 2013, Kurt joined Gant Travel as its COO and has since grown the company by over 40% while achieving double digit margins and implementing methodologies and systems to provide performance transparency and enable a focus on data and quality. Under his leadership, the company was twice recognized as one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies, a Best Christian Workplace in 2017 and 2018, twice received the Concur Innovation Award, and winner of the CCW Best in Class Contact Center (under 99 seats) in 2018.
